اثرات برنامه های متفاوت محدودیت غذایی بر عملکرد و وقوع ناهنجاری آسیت در جوجه های گوشتی سویه آرین در شرایط تنش سرمایی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر برنامه‌های مختلف محدودیت غذایی بر عملکرد و میزان وقوع ناهنجاری آسیت در جوجه‌های گوشتی سویه آرین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، پژوهشی با اعمال چهار برنامه غذایی به‌صورت دریافت جیره آزاد، دریافت روزانه 25 گرم خوراک برای هر جوجه از 9 تا 14 روزگی، محدودیت غذایی 8 ساعت در روز از 9 تا 24 روزگی و محدودیت غذایی یک روز در میان از 9 تا 18 روزگی در سالنی با شرایط تنش سرمایی در فصل زمستان (دمای سالن 32 درجه در روز اول و با کاهش تدریجی در پایان هفته اول، دوم، سوم و تا 42 روزگی به ترتیب 25، 20، 15 و ثابت 15 درجه) با تعداد 400 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در 4 تکرار و 25 قطعه جوجه نر و ماده در هر تکرار انجام شد. بر طبق یافته‌ها افزایش وزن روزانه بدن، مصرف خوراک روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی برخی از دوره‌های سنی در گروه‌های با محدودیت غذایی کاهش ولی در دوره 1 تا 42 روزگی تنها مصرف خوراک روزانه با محدودیت 25 گرم در روز کاهش یافت. برنامه های محدودیت غذایی بر درصد کل تلفات، صفات مختلف لاشه و میزان هماتوکریت خون اثر غیر معنی دار ولی به صورت محدودیت غذایی یک روز در میان بر درصد تلفات آسیتی اثر کاهشی داشتند. لذا، برنامه های محدودیت غذایی به ویژه روش یک روز در میان در شرایط تنش سرمایی بدون اثر منفی بر صفات تولیدی در کاهش مصرف خوراک و مرگ و میر ناشی از آسیت جوجه های گوشتی آرین مؤثر می باشند.
