چکیده

هدف از انجام مطالعه، بررسی اثرات متقابل بین پروتئین غیرقابل تجزیه شکمبه‌ای (RUP) و نوع دانه کتان در جیره-های فلاشینگ میش‌ها بر عملکرد تولیدمثلی و فعالیت‌های تخمدانی بود. در این مطالعه 72 راس میش بلوچی دو تا سه ساله با تیمارهای آزمایشی تغذیه شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1: شاهد بدون دانه کتان + 20 درصد RUP، 2: شاهد بدون دانه کتان + 40 درصد RUP، 3: 10 درصد دانه کتان سالم + 20 درصد RUP، 4: 10 درصد دانه کتان سالم + 40 درصد RUP، 5: 10 درصد دانه کتان اکسترودشده + 20 درصد RUP و 6: 10 درصد دانه کتان اکسترودشده + 40 درصد RUP بود. ماده خشک مصرفی تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت. نوع دانه کتان در 24 ساعت پیش از سیدربرداری سبب افزایش غلظت گلوکز، کلسترول و استروژن و 24 ساعت پس از سیدربرداری سبب افزایش غلظت گلوکز و استروژن و کاهش غلظت اوره خون میش‌ها شد (05/0>P). در 24 ساعت پس از سیدربرداری، افزایش سطحRUP به 40 درصد سبب افزایش غلظت گلوکز و استروژن و کاهش غلظت اوره خون میش‌ها شد (05/0>P). جیره‌های دارای کتان اکسترودشده در هشت روز پس از قوچ‌اندازی بالاترین غلظت پروژسترون و نهایتا نرخ بره‌دهی بالاتری در مقایسه با جیره‌های شاهد داشتند (05/0>P). در نهایت، استفاده از دانه کتان (به‌ویژه، اکسترودشده) به‌میزان 10 درصد ماده خشک به‌همراه 40 درصد RUP در جیره‌فلاشینگ، به‌طور سودمندی غلظت متابولیت‌ها و هورمون‌های مرتبط با عملکرد تولید مثلی به‌ویژه گلوکز، کلسترول، پروژسترون و استروژن را افزایش داده و درنتیجه عملکرد تولیدمثلی دام را بهبود می‌بخشد.
