تأثیر استفاده ازجیره‌های کم پروتئین به همراه ویتامین E، ال-کارنتین و پودر خرفه (Portulace oleracea L.) بر جلوگیری از بروز آسیت در شرایط تنش سرمایی در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

در این آزمایش اثر افزودن پودر خرفه با مکمل ویتامین ایی و ال کارنی تین در جیره‌های کم پروتئین بر آسیت القایی در جوجه‌های گوشتی بررسی شد. 576 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه (راس 308) به طور تصادفی به 6 تیمار: (1) جیره با پروتئین مطابق کاتالوگ سویه راس 308 (شاهد منفی)، (2) جیره با پروتئین کم (2 درصد کمتر نسبت به شاهد منفی) به عنوان شاهد، (3) جیره شاهد + 2 گرم بر کیلوگرم پودر خرفه، (4) جیره شاهد حاوی پودر خرفه + 250 میلی گرم برکیلوگرم ویتامین E ، (5) جیره شاهد حاوی پودر خرفه + 150 میلی گرم برکیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین و (6) جیره شاهد حاوی پودر خرفه + مخلوط ویتامین E و ال-کارنیتین تخصیص داده شدند. مصرف خوراک و وزن بدن پرندگان تغذیه شده با تیمار حاوی پودر خرفه، ویتامین-E و ال-کارنتین افزایش پیدا کرد (05/0< P). تیمار ‌ حاوی پودر خرفه + ویتامین E و تیمار حاوی پودر خرفه+ ال-کارنتین میزان مرگ و میر ناشی از آسیت و نسبت RV/TV را کاهش دادند (05/0< P). افزودن خرفه، ویتامین E و ال-کارنیتین به جیره فعالیت‌های ضد اکسیدانی را بهبود بخشید (05/0< P) و سطح نیتریک اکسید پلاسما و اسید اوریک را افزایش داد (05/0< P). افزودن خرفه به همراه ویتامین E و ال کارنیتین فعالیت آنزم‌های کبدی را کاهش دادند (05/0< P). در کل نتایج نشان داد که افزودن ویتامین E و ال-کارنیتین در ترکیب با پودر گیاه خرفه در جیره‌های کم پروتئین باعث ایجاد اثرات سینرژیک مفیدی برای کاهش حساسیت پرندگان به سندرم آسیت می‌شود.
