چکیده

این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تأثیر تغذیه آنتی‌اکسیدان طبیعی و مصنوعی بر عملکرد و وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی بزغاله‌های پرواری انجام گرفت. تعداد 32 رأس بزغاله نر نژاد مهابادی 5 تا 6 ماهه با میانگین وزن اولیه 8/1±5/16 کیلوگرم، به طور تصادفی با یکی از جیره‌های آزمایشی شامل: 1- شاهد، 2- حاوی 15 درصد تفاله دانه انار، 3- حاوی 400 میلی‌گرم درکیلوگرم ویتامین ای و 4- حاوی 15 درصد تفاله دانه انار + 400 میلی‌گرم درکیلوگرم ویتامین ای (بر حسب ماده خشک) به صورت انفرادی و به مدت 84 روز تغذیه شدند. افزودن ویتامین ای و تفاله دانه انار به جیره تغییری در عملکرد و ماده خشک مصرفی بزغاله‌ها ایجاد نکرد (05/0‌<P). میزان اکسیداسیون چربی در عضله راسته خام و پخته بزغاله‌های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی تفاله دانه انار و جیره حاوی ویتامین ای به طور معنی‌داری نسبت به بزغاله‌های تغذیه شده با جیره شاهد کاهش یافت و بیش‌ترین کاهش مربوط به بزغاله‌های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی تفاله دانه انار + ویتامین ای بود (05/0 >P). افزودن تفاله دانه انار، ویتامین ای و تفاله دانه انار + ویتامین ای به جیره باعث افزایش (05/0P<) ظرفیت کل آنتی اکسیدانی و متعاقباً کاهش (05/0P<) میزان مالون ‌دی‌آلدهید پلاسما، کبد و عضله راسته نسبت به جیره شاهد شد. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تفاله دانه انار را می‌توان به عنوان یک منبع آنتی‌اکسیدان طبیعی به جای آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های صنعتی در جیره نشخوارکنندگان به کار برد.
