مقایسه اثر تغذیه فازی با تغییر سطوح انرژی و پروتئین جیره با سیستم Ross و NRC بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

در این پژوهش از 160 جوجه گوشتی نر یک‏‏‏روزه سویه راس 308 به منظور مقایسه اثر تغییر هفتگی سطوح انرژی و پروتئین جیره با سیستم Ross و NRC بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی استفاده شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تیمار و چهار تکرار (10 پرنده در هر تکرار) انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره فرموله شده مطابق با توصیه NRC 2) جیره فرموله شده مطابق با احتیاجات سویه راس، 3 و 4) جیره‌های فازی یک و دو با سطوح متغیر انرژی و پروتئین از هفته اول تا ششم بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کاهش انرژی و پروتئین جیره تا 14روزگی اثر معنی‌داری بر صفات عملکردی نداشت، اما در دوره رشد، پایانی و کل دوره اثر تیمارها بر صفات عملکردی معنی‌دار شد (05/0P<). در محاسبه هزینه خوراک بیشترین هزینه متعلق به سیستم NRC وکمترین هزینه متعلق به جیره فازی دو بود. بهترین افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با سیستم Ross و پس از آن جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با NRC و جیره فازی یک دیده شد. اثر تیمارها بر وزن نسبی سینه، چربی بطنی و طحال معنی‌دار بود (05/0P<). اثر تیمارها بر گلوکز و کلسترول و سلول‌های خون معنی‌دار نبود. بنابراین، تغییر هفتگی جیره در صورتیکه سطح انرژی جیره در هفته ششم به کمتر از 3100 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم و پروتئین به کمتر از 19 درصد افت نکند، (جیره فازی یک) نه تنها منجر به افت عملکرد رشد نمی‌شود، بلکه منجر به کاهش هزینه خوراک مصرفی می‌گردد.
