استفاده از پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم به عنوان جایگزین بخشی از کنجاله سویا در جیره مرغهای تخم‌گذار تجاری

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی اثرات استفاده از سطوح مختلف پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم بر عملکرد تولیدی و ویژگی‌های کیفی تخم‌مرغ در مرغهای تخمگذار انجام شد. تعداد 180 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار سویه لوهمن در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 6 تکرار از سن 69 تا 81 هفتگی مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: جیره کنترل بر اساس ذرت و کنجاله سویا و چهار جیره آزمایشی که به ترتیب 5، 5/7، 10 و 5/12 درصد پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم، در آن به‌کاربرده شده بود. همه جیره های آزمایشی از نظر محتوای انرژی، پروتئین و اسیدهای آمینه مشابه بودند. استفاده از سطوح مختلف پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر وزن تخم‌مرغ، ضریب تبدیل خوراک و درصد تولید تخم‌مرغ (روز مرغ) در کل دوره آزمایش نداشت. میانگین مصرف خوراک روزانه در طول دوره آزمایش در تیمار حاوی 10 درصد پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم، افزایش معنی‌داری نشان داد (05/0P≤)، همچنین به کاربردن 5/7 درصد پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم، منجر به بهبود توده تخم مرغ در 12 هفته طول دوره آزمایش گردید (05/0P≤). تیمارهای مختلف بر صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ، شامل وزن زرده، وزن سفیده، درصد تخم‌مرغ شکسته، لمبه و غیرطبیعی، شاخص زرده، شاخص شکل تخم‌مرغ، درصد وزنی پوسته، ضخامت پوسته، واحد هاو و وزن مخصوص تخم مرغ، تاثیر معنی دار نداشتند. به طور کلی، می‌توان از پودر شفیره کرم ابریشم به‌عنوان یک منبع پروتئین حیوانی مناسب تا سطح 5/12 درصد، بدون مشاهده تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد تولیدی و کیفیت تخم مرغ در جیره مرغان تخم گذار استفاده نمود.
